The Yoka Star Turban snails are among the most beautiful shapes on the planet. Found from Japan south to Australia, Yoka architecture is based on a spiral that emanates outward.
My design business is symbolized by this creature because of the spiral shape. I view time as a spiral, cycling back on itself but always moving in a new direction because change is inevitable. This is significant to design, as we cycle through iterations of creativity to represent ourselves and our work.
