I care about the use of my personal information online and I want you to have full transparency about the privacy practices implemented here at www.yokadesign.com. Please read the entire policy to make sure you understand our practices fully.
What personal data is collected and why
I collect person data to help better understand my readers and customers, provide better content for the future and help bring a more unique experience of interacting with my brand online. I do not share your data with anyone, not even advertisers, and I also do not sell your data to any third parties. The data collected is used to identify you such as your name, IP address, and email address. Collecting this data happens in several different ways:
Opt-In to Freebies: Your name and email address – To provide you with new free content in the future or paid content related to the freebie.
Purchasing a product: Your name, email, billing information, and payment source – To process a purchase you made and inform you of future products.
Comments: Name, email, and the comment – To identify the person making the comment, and optionally show their gravatar image linked with their online profile. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Subscribe: Your name and email – To send you monthly recap emails, special offers, additional freebies and/or new paid content you may be interested in.
I collect this information to learn from it. What products does my audience like, what types of topics do they learn the most from, what products do they want in the future, what area of the site could be designed better, what types of free resources would my audience enjoy the most, etc.
